Catalyst Metals (ASX: CYL) is pleased to announce that, in the six-month period since acquisition, it has increased the mineral resources at the Henty Gold Mine in Tasmania by 13 per cent and more than replaced ounces mined during the period since the last resource was estimated in June 2020.
The gold grade has also been increased and the mineral resource on Zone 96 has more than doubled to 84,500 ounces of gold at a grade of 6.9g/t Au following an aggressive drilling program undertaken by the Company.
Henty’s new mineral resources now stands at 2.5 million tonnes at 4.5g/t Au for 357,400 ounces of gold.
Underground drilling continues to intersect high-grade gold mineralisation.
