Robotic technology company FBR Limited is pleased to announce that the Hadrian X® has been deployed to a residential construction site in the Perth suburb of Willagee and has begun robotically building the walls of 16 townhouses for prominent Western Australian builder Inspired Homes.
This contract of approximately $630,000 is FBR’s largest-ever awarded and was first announced to the ASX on 8 November 2021.
FBR is constructing the load-bearing walls, internal partition walls and concrete footings and slabs for the 16 townhouses.
“We are pleased to have our ground-breaking technology out on another residential building project providing Wall as a Service® to a major builder,” FBR managing director Mike Pivac said.
“We have a strong pipeline of work in front of our two existing Hadrian X® robots and we expect to continue to grow this pipeline over the coming months.”
FBR anticipates commencing the previously announced 8-townhouse project in the Perth suburb of St James in the first quarter of the 2022 calendar year.
