Monday, 8 November 2021 – Robotic technology company FBR Limited (‘FBR’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that the Company has entered into a contract with prominent Perth builder Inspired Homes to supply Wall as a Service® and concrete slabs for 16 townhouses in a development in Willagee, Western Australia.
Under the contract, FBR will supply the load bearing walls, the internal partition walls, and the concrete footings and slabs. Work on the project will start as soon as practicable after all necessary approvals have been granted and will be completed at commercial rates with a contract value of approximately $0.63 million plus GST.
The works are expected to be completed by May 2022, with payment for the works coming in monthly progress payments.

On Tuesday, 5 October 2021, FBR announced it had entered into a contract to supply the concrete slabs and footings, walls and roof trusses for eight townhouses for developer Riculallo Pty Ltd. FBR now has a confirmed pipeline of 27 jobs on which it will supply Wall as a Service® and associated works, with eight townhouses in St James, Western Australia, 16 townhouses in Willagee, Western Australia, and three more houses in Wellard following the two jobs already completed in Wellard in August and October 2021. FBR anticipates it will continue to grow its pipeline of work in the coming months.
