Gold Road announces the retirement of independent non-executive director Sharon Warburton

Ms Warburton joined Gold Road in May 2016 and has served as Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Risk & ESG Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

The Company intends to announce the appointment of an additional independent nonexecutive director, with requisite skills to serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, imminently.
