Aeris Resources - Sale of Blayney Exploration Project

Aeris Resources (ASX: AIS) has signed a binding agreement to sell the Blayney exploration project in New South Wales for $3.25 million.  Regis Resources Limited (ASX: RRL) subsidiary LFB Resources NL is acquiring the Exploration Licence from Aeris. The Blayney project falls outside of Aeris' flagship Tritton Operations tenement package and the sale is part of a previously announced strategy to joint venture or divest non-core assets.     


Aeris Resources Limited (Aeris) is pleased to advised that it has signed a binding agreement with LFB Resources NL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regis Resources Limited (ASX: RRL), for the sale of the Blayney exploration project (EL5922) in New South Wales for A$3.25 million cash consideration.

The Blayney project falls outside of Aeris’ flagship Tritton Operations tenement package, and forms part of Aeris’ previously announced strategy to joint venture or divest non-core projects.

Completion of the sale is subject to various conditions precedent including approval by the NSW Minister for Trade and Investment – Resources and Energy.
