Australian Mines provides Share Purchase Plan update

Advanced battery materials developer Australian Mines (ASX: AUZ) has decided to extend the closing date of its share purchase plan by a week, after the ASX granted a waiver making the offer unconditional.


Advanced battery materials developer Australian Mines (ASX: AUZ) refers to its announcement dated 12 June 2019 relating to the underwritten Share Purchase Plan and the associated prospectus announced on 13 June 2019. 

The Company is pleased to advise that ASX has granted the waiver from ASX Listing Rule 7.1 to enable the Company to issue New Shares under the SPP without impacting the Company’s placement capacity. Accordingly, the Company confirms that the SPP is unconditional.

The Company has been pleased with shareholder participation to date and has decided to extend the Closing Date by one week from 5 July 2019 to 12 July 2019 to ensure all eligible shareholders have sufficient time to participate.

All other terms and conditions of the SPP as set out in the Prospectus remain the same.
