Cardinal Resources releases interim statements for three and nine months to March

Cardinal Resources (ASX: CDV) has provided its condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three months and nine months to March 31. These condensed interim consolidated financial statements do not include all of the disclosures required for annual financial statements and hence should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2018.


Cardinal Resources (ASX: CDV) has provided its condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three months and nine months to March 31.

The Company’s condensed interim consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting (“IAS 34”) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”).

These condensed interim consolidated financial statements do not include all of the disclosures required for annual financial statements and hence should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2018.

These condensed interim consolidated financial statements follow the same significant accounting policies as those included in the Company’s audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2018.

There are a number of new or amended Accounting Standards and Interpretations issued by the IASB that are not yet mandatory.

The Company does not plan to adopt these standards early. The Company’s assessment of the impact of these new or amended Accounting Standards and Interpretations, most relevant to the Company, are set out below.
