Gold spin-out, MB Gold announced further positive assay results from its maiden reverse circulation (RC) drill program at the Company’s Marble Bar Gold Project, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Gold assay results have now been reported for the first 20 drillholes at the Twin Veins Prospect with the current batch returning:
• 8m @ 2.5g/t Au from 48m in 26MBRC015, and
• 5m @ 1.25g/t Au from 82m in 26MBRC019 (see Figure 1).
These assay results build on the exceptional intercept of 20m @ 1.74g/t Au from 81m, including 7m @ 4.06g/t Au, from 81m in 26MBRC005 previously announced on 20 May 2026.
Initial assay results have increased the team’s understanding of the gold mineralisation at Twin Veins, with potential ‘shoot’ geometries starting to be defined.
There is significant potential for multiple high-grade shoots to be identified from Phase 1 drilling, with the planned 6,000m Phase 2 drilling program designed to further test and extend these zones. The results continue to demonstrate the broader potential of Twin Veins Prospect, including at depth.
Phase 1 drilling has been completed safely and efficiently by the team on site. Validation and interpretation of results, further drill planning and preparation for the 6,000m Phase 2 drill program are under way.
