Conclusion of ASIC investigation

Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) has provided an update on the outcome of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) investigation into the company and its current and former directors and officers, including Managing Director Chris Ellison.

ASIC has informed the company that it has concluded its investigation and determined that it will not take any enforcement action.
