Leading national mining and civil contractor NRW Holdings (ASX: NWH) has appointed Peter Bryant as chief financial officer.
Mr Bryant is a highly credentialled and experienced accounting and finance leader who most recently served as the CFO for the Perth Airport Corporation and prior to that was the long-term CFO of global mining services group Perenti. He has a wealth of experience across the mining, renewables and media sectors, has held finance leadership roles in private and public companies and has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Mr Bryant has a strong focus on people and safety and an impressive track record in driving innovation across diverse businesses. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the AICD. He is a long-serving volunteer for the Cottesloe Surf Club and has been involved in a number of charitable groups including the Starlight Children’s Foundation and the Telethon Trust.

Mr Bryant will commence in the role on 5 May 2025.
