Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX: NST) advises that Mary Hackett has announced her retirement from the board, effective today, to pursue other interests.
“We would like to thank Mary for her very valuable contribution to the Company during the past three years,” Northern Star chairman Michael Chaney AO said.
“Mary has been particularly instrumental in developing our strong positioning around our ESG structure and progress. Her passionate application in maintaining focus on safety in particular through our recent merger has been a key factor in our industry leading performance.
“We are sorry to see Mary go, and wish her every success in her future ventures.”
