Mineral Resources (ASX: MIN) has announced that Albemarle Corporation has been notified by the Commonwealth Treasurer that it has no objection to the acquisition of a 60% interest in the Wodgina Lithium Project, and associated arrangements.
Further details in relation to the Transaction are set out in the Company’s announcement to the ASX on 1 August 2019.
All conditions precedent to the Transaction have now been satisfied or waived, and completion on the terms previously announced is expected to occur within the next 10 business days.
