West Australian gold explorer Focus Minerals (ASX: FML) today announced that director, chief financial officer and company secretary Zaiqian Zhang has resigned to pursue another career opportunity.
Shandong Gold is in the process of finalising its board nomination for Mr Zhang’s replacement as a director.
The Company has begun the search for a new CFO and company secretary. In the meantime, the CEO has assumed the responsibilities on an interim basis.
Focus will update the market as appropriate, consistent with its continuous disclosure obligations.
