Australia’s next rare earths producer Hastings Technology Metals Limited (ASX: HAS) advises that the closing date for the Share Purchase Plan announced on 26 August 2020 (and the terms and conditions of which were announced on 28 August 2020) will be extended by one week to 28 September 2020.
The Company has become aware that COVID-19 restrictions have resulted in delays in the delivery of the SPP Offer booklet and application form to shareholders. Hastings wants to provide all eligible shareholders with the opportunity to participate in the SPP.
