Australian heavy rare earths producer, Northern Minerals Limited (ASX: NTU) has today issued 7,500,000 convertible notes to Yuzhen Ma under the convertible note subscription announced on 23 April 2019 (on the terms detailed in that announcement).
Australian heavy rare earths producer, Northern Minerals Limited (ASX: NTU) has today issued 7,500,000 convertible notes to Yuzhen Ma under the convertible note subscription announced on 23 April 2019 (on the terms detailed in that announcement).
It has also issued 16,000,000 shares (at $0.05 per share) to Straits Investments Limited as payment of arranger’s fees in relation to the final components of the $20 million placement announced on 18 March 2019 and the $15 million subscription announced on 23 April 2019.
The Company’s shareholders approved the issue of each of the above securities at the general meeting held on 17 June 2019 (as Resolutions 2 and 4 respectively).
