In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Mineral Resources Limited (ASX:MIN) (the Company) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 9:30am on Thursday, 19 November 2020.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution (the Constitution) the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 8 October 2020. The Constitution requires nominations be received in writing, signed by the nominee or a Shareholder proposing the nominee, and be delivered to the Company’s registered office by close of business on that date.
