Australian heavy rare earths producer Northern Minerals (ASX: NTU) has appointed Congyan Xue to its board as a non-executive director, effective immediately. Mr Xue is a corporate finance executive, with over 15 years’ experience in fundraising, corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions, predominantly in China. Mr Xue is a Chinese citizen and resides in Beijing.

Mr Xue is a corporate finance executive, with over 15 years’ experience in fundraising, corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions, predominantly in China. Mr Xue is a Chinese citizen and resides in Beijing.
Mr Xue has a Masters in Global Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the NYU Stern School of Business. He also holds a Masters degree in International Finance from the University of Leeds.
