Australian heavy rare earths producer, Northern Minerals Limited (ASX: NTU) (the Company) announces that it has issued 14,789,924 shares to a nominee of Lind Asset Management X, LLC as a monthly payment under the terms of Convertible Notes referred to in the Company’s announcements dated 23 April 2018 and 30 August 2018.
All shares have been issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 capacity, existing shareholder approvals or under ASX Listing Rule 7.2, Exception 4 (as applicable).
