NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH) has appointed Ms Fiona Murdoch MBA LLB (Hons) GAICD to the NRW Board of Directors effective from today.
Ms. Murdoch has 30 years’ experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia and Internationally with senior operational roles held with AMCI Investments, MIM Holdings and Xstrata Queensland.
NRW Chairman Michael Arnett said, “Fiona’s appointment brings a broad range of executive management, commercial and governance experience to the NRW Board.
“Together with my fellow Directors, I look forward to working with Fiona as we continue to build what is now one of the largest mining service companies in Australia”.
Currently, Ms. Murdoch serves as a Non-Executive Director for Metro Mining Ltd and KGL Resources Ltd. In addition, Ms. Murdoch also serves on the Board of Building Queensland and the Joint Venture Committee for the West Pilbara Iron Ore Project.
She has previously served as a Director of metallurgical services and technology company Core Resources Pty Ltd. Ms Murdoch’s appointment followed an extensive national search conducted by an independent executive search organisation.
