In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH) (the Company) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10.00am on Thursday, 26 November 2020.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution (the Constitution) the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Friday, 9 October 2020.
The Constitution requires nominations be received in writing, signed by the nominee or a Shareholder proposing the nominee, and be delivered to the Company’s registered office by close of business (5.00pm WST) on that date.
