Rand Mining Limited (ASX: RND) today announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00am on Friday 27 November 2020 at the Ibis Styles hotel in Kalgoorlie, WA.
Rand Mining Ltd (ASX:RND) (“the Company”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10.00am on Friday, 27 November 2020.
The AGM will be held at The Ibis Styles Hotel, 45 Egan Street, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
On the day of the AGM, the Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.
