Tribune Resources (ASX: TBR) announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 9:00am on 27 November 2020 at the Ibis Styles in Kalgoorlie, WA.
On the day of the AGM, the Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.
The Directors have determined pursuant to regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) that the persons eligible to vote at the Meeting are those who are registered as Shareholders on Wednesday, 25 November 2020 at 4.00pm WST.
