Tribune Resources Ltd (ASX: TBR) notes the announcement today by Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) (Evolution) in relation to its acquisition of certain assets from Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST) (Northern Star), including Northern Star’s 51% interest in the East Kundana Joint Venture (EKJV).
Evolution has been a substantial shareholder in Tribune since 2019 and Tribune has established a constructive relationship with Evolution since that time.
As a long-standing owner in the EKJV (37.75% interest), Tribune welcomes Evolution as a new joint venture partner. Tribune looks forward to working with Evolution, along with Rand Mining Limited (ASX: RND) through its 12.25% interest in the EKJV, to continue to deliver value to all stakeholders.
