VRX Silica (ASX: VRX) today announced that the company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27 November 2020.
The Company will observe all of the COVID-19 restriction of gatherings and social distancing measures as required by both the Australian and Western Australian governments at the time of the meeting.
All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm wst on 12 October 2020 at the Company’s registered office, Level 1, 6 Thelma Street, West Perth, Western Australia 6005.
