Australian lithium miner Core Lithium (ASX: CXO) has appointed Doug Warden as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr Warden will replace interim CFO, Andrew Foreman, following an effective handover and commence the role on 17 April 2023.
Most recently, Mr Warden was the CFO of Resolute Mining and Iluka Resources. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in managing financial functions of complex businesses and has held senior financial, commercial and leadership roles in the resources, agriculture and professional services sectors.
Mr Warden has extensive experience in the mining industry in Australia, the United States and Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
