NRW Holdings (ASX:NWH) is pleased to announce that is has secured a number of new construction contracts in the resources and infrastructure sectors, totalling approximately $110 million in value.
- Smart Freeway Mitchell Southbound – Reid Highway to Vincent Street Project. (Intelligent Freeways Alliance comprising NRW [46%], Service Stream and WSP). The scope of works for the Alliance includes the investigation, design and construction of Intelligent Transport Systems and Civil Infrastructure as part of the Smart Freeways Project.
- Miscellaneous works including bulk earthworks, civil and ancillary works to construct the infrastructure required to develop and operate an iron ore mine pit in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia.
- Design & civil construction works in the Bowen Basin region including a Box-cut for underground portal, LV access roads, MIA pads and dam construction.
- Design, construction and rehabilitation of the main lake within the St Lucia Lakes Precinct (Brisbane). Works to be undertaken include; Reshaping of landforms including subsoil and surface treatment, revegetation and erosion control protection.
- Major rehabilitation project in the Bowen Basin including construction of two sediment basins.
