Rand Mining Ltd (ASX code: RND) notes the announcement today by Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) (Evolution) in relation to its acquisition of certain assets from Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST) (Northern Star), including Northern Star’s 51% interest in the East Kundana Joint Venture (EKJV).
As a long-standing owner in the EKJV (12.25% interest), Rand welcomes Evolution as a new joint venture partner. Rand looks forward to working with Evolution, along with Tribune Resources Limited (ASX: TBR) through its 36.75% interest in the EKJV, to continue to deliver value to all stakeholders.
