Ventnor Resources (ASX: VRX) has reemerged as VRX Silica to reflect the company’s committed focus of becoming a large-scale supplier of high-quality silica sand. The name change was made effective today, following shareholder approval at the company’s AGM last week. VRX will retain its existing ASX ticker code as part of the rebranding.
Ventnor Resources Ltd has pleasure in advising the market that shareholders at the Company’s AGM voted unanimously to change the Company name to VRX Silica Ltd.
VRX Silica Ltd will be the name of the Company from this day forward; however the ASX ticker code will remain as VRX.
The new name better reflects the Company’s objective of becoming a large scale supplier of silica sand to the global market.
The new Company name of VRX Silica Ltd removes any ambiguity as to the commodity in which the Company is specialising and will be easily identified by international customers and potential clients.
